Update to Rulebook Coming!

Looking through the rulebook we have found that some rules need to be updated as we have expounded on them over the years. The rulebook has not been changed or updated since 2004! Some things have changed over the years and we have added rules,changed rules, and switched some rules around from the basic rules to optional and optional to basic rules. And some new rules are needed for some new situations we have encountered over the years that had not been addressed in the old rulebook! Stay tuned for more details!
